These two Seattle natives, have cultivated a sound, that is unique to only them. Adding influences from RnB, Soul,Hip-hop, and Pop. This duo, creates a good mixture of all those genres, and always manages to deliver their own Heiress flavor, each and every time.
Both young women Aminata, and Nikki are from Seattle. But the duo did not meet, until after both of them moved to New Orleans, separately. The pair met instantly after Aminata moved from Seattle. Over time, they discovered that they both had musical training, and both possessed a love and passion for music. Now the duo is based out of New Orleans.
Where they spend most of their days writing, and recording fierce, and catchy, girl power anthems.
