born in melbourne but raised on the central coast NSW AUSTRALIA has been rapping since 2002. He wrote songs in a small band with family friends called (Alter Egos) and after leaving school and home Hek Teafy then moved to Taipei TAIWAN and recorded his first release &#34;the lost tapes of taiwan&#34; the lp was recieved well by friends and family but lacked reach with no label. After returning to Australia and then moving to Japan, unsure of his next step he was sadly hospitalized in Tokyo with paranoid schizophrenia aged 26. Once stable and home in Australia Teafy was geed up by one of central coasts finest RAWSMC and they recorded the full album &#34;split personality&#34; once again recieved well by the local community but lacked reach. Studying japanese and working on his first solo album Teafy released &#34;thoughts of a broken mind ep&#34; with the hit song glebe GOAT which won the hip hop category in both the voyager and indie international songwriting competitions 2020 the album featured RAWS and the acclaimed <a href="spotify:artist:3MAAaA3DFKpRNMrqfygWF1" data-name="Laura Jean">Laura Jean</a>.. His currently teamed up with dutch producer <a href="spotify:artist:7gf9wXlXydhifAPVMrzvlQ" data-name="Battle Cap">Battle Cap</a> and they have successfully released the full album &#34;The emancipation&#34; which featured <a href="spotify:artist:2nfmU4Z9oY9TIPrQfqvIrV" data-name="Luke Leach">Luke Leach</a> and チチャん。Teafy is back on the road with battle caps beats in japan working on an ep called &#34;a 日本語 state of mind&#34; His latest singles &#34;mighty good&#34; &#34;is there any hope for us &#34;and walking through the flames, i made it japan out now.
