Henriette is a singer-songwriter from Oslo, who usually writes bittersweet songs about love. For the first time you can hear Henriette sing in Norwegian on her new song “Ingenting å si”! With a production similar to her song about chasing your dreams, “Chasing Balloons”, Henriette’s soundscape is really starting to become a staple in her music.
Staring the year with the self-produced song «Tell You Anything», Henriette is not finished. Already in June she will release a new song, about falling in love with someone who pits you first!
November 2021 Henriette released her first EP Short & Sweet having worked on it herself for months. Which resulted in five new and unheard tracks she had written in the last few years, including her singles Doesn't Mean I Didn't Love You and Deep End of the Pool
Having appeared on her country’s iteration of The Voice, the Norwegian singer-songwriter is no stranger to the power that vocals and lyrics can have all by themselves. That might be why they take centre stage in her own work, complemented by sparse piano and guitar arrangements that allow the feelings expressed through her voice to come to the fore.
After her exit from the show, Henriette decided to release her own music. In 2018 she released a single every month, with her song, I Know, landing her a spot on the spotify playlists New Music Friday Norway and Morgenkaffe, among others. Evidently making it her most streamed song to date.
