HeroHind is an Indian rapper and songwriter whose identity is shaped by many places but rooted in one truth. With family roots across Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, a childhood spent growing up in Shillong, and an artistic consciousness developed in Delhi, his music carries the influence of every place that made him.
Bhojpuri was never a genre he discovered—it was the language of home. Spoken across his family since childhood, it lived in everyday conversations, humour, emotions, and memories long before he ever thought of putting it into rap.
Growing up in Shillong gave him a deep relationship with music and individuality, while Delhi gave his thoughts a sharper voice through hip-hop. Somewhere between the hills, the chaos of the capital, and the language of his roots, HeroHind found his sound.
His decision to rap in Bhojpuri comes from a simple belief: an artist does not always need to search for a voice; sometimes, he only needs to return to the one that has been speaking inside him since childhood.
For HeroHind, hip-hop is more than music. It is memory, identity, and a way of carrying home forward.
