Hey Greg, Hello is an artist from Dallas, TX conceived and curated by Gregory Brown in 2019.
Growing up on the outskirts of Southwest Dallas, Greg began writing music at a very young age on a tape recorder that was given to them by their father. Greg was inspired by the 2000’s pop music. Once high school came around, they found themself in several different local bands and began playing shows around Dallas. After High School they went to college in Philadelphia to study theater and music. They collaborated with theater and music artists alike in the area. After leaving college, Greg moved back to the Dallas area in 2015 and formed a band called “Ditch Prince” where they opened for acts such as Le Butcherettes, American Social Club, and Danielle Grubb.
Greg always had an infatuation with pop music, queer culture and wished to explore their artistry through these inspirations and thus HGH was conceived. Greg’s aesthetics ranging from bubblegum pop, emo pop rock, and even hip hop rhythms.
