High Frequency is a pop-punk trio from Maidstone in Kent (UK) formed in 2003.
After an extended hiatus to focus on their careers and families, they decided to 'get the band back together' during the first lockdown of the Corona-virus pandemic. High Frequency has been regularly playing shows and releasing new material since then and plans to release something every four to six weeks in 2025 in the lead up to their next album in 2026.
