High Octane Friend Experience is the moniker of Phoenix, Arizona based artist Connor O'Dowd, whose music can be described as an atmospheric blend of downtempo bass, ambient electronic, and instrumental hip-hop. He grew up playing piano and picked up the guitar at 18, which then consumed his 20's. During 2020's quarantine when there were no jam sessions to be found, he took an interest to digital production and sound design.
