Essex duo Jake Hicks and Jack Pike (Hillsdom) run an influential UK D&amp;B operation. They founded their sound on live drums and guitar. Their career launched with a strict &#34;doing it the old way&#34; philosophy, focusing on production quality over spamming the scene. Their debut, &#39;<a href="spotify:album:1CfATWqYifzUDPTS0xT8rZ" data-name="Lucid Dreams">Lucid Dreams</a>&#39; took three years to finish, but hit the ground running!

Their sound is certified: it fuses Liquid Funk soul with Technical Rollers weight, praised as &#34;simultaneously elegant and heavy&#34;. &#39;Lucid Dreams feat. Novokane&#39; drives their catalogue past 8.5 million streams.

After launching on UKF&#39;s Pilot, they earned support from UKF tastemakers and Viper Recordings co-founder Futurebound.
