Some people run away fear, but I run towards it! My definition of FEAR is FACE EVERYTHING AND RISE! I’m from a city where young boys and girls look over their shoulders every minute because it is violence all around. I was no different, however I never feared because I knew that I could travel to different places through my music.
I grew up in a Jamaican household where Reggae music was frequently played. However, I soon discovered my love for music when I came across rap. I started listening to predominantly West and East Coast music. It wasn’t long after that I realized that my sound was somewhere in between the two coasts.
As I rapped my way through my pain and obstacles, I discovered my mission: to spread peace and love throughout my city and someday the world. This ideology led me to the discovery of my name, HIPPIE STALLONE. HIPPIE, in my own definition, is a person who finds happiness in their everyday struggles, rebelling against the norms of society, and inspiring other people to be the most positive versions of themselves. STALLONE can be defined as a strong-minded individual. When you put the name HIPPIE and STALLONE together, you get a prolific individual.
