Started in the bedroom of vocalist Rowan Bellert in 2019, Western Sydney based Hippy Stamps began their journey creating lofi indie, shoegaze and post-punk demos for fun which turned into something far greater. Accompanied by multi-instrumentalist Connor Stewart, they released their debut EP “Hippy Stamps” in February 2020, which demonstrates the very basic building blocks of their sound. Spending the remainder of 2020 polishing their sound, Hippy Stamps aim to make welcoming dents into the Australian Indie Rock and Punk scenes.
