Born and raised on the east side of Albuquerque, NM. Hip$ta went by his birth name early in his career (Jordan Miles) and released 4 projects from 2009 - 2015. And after a series of setbacks walked away from music in 2016. When the country shut down recently due to the corona virus Jordan began tossing around the idea of comeback with close friends and in May 2020 he made his official return. Rebranding himself as Hip$ta and writing and recording over 100 songs from May 2020 until June 6th of 2021 which was the release date of the 30 track album he titled Red Zia Symbol! A tribute to his home town and the pride associated with the state flag of New Mexico. He has also created Hip$ta Records a company to help organize his efforts which is focused on himself and other hip hop artist from Albuquerque.
