Hey, I’m HODJE, a Chicago-based indie pop artist with a background in classical performance and a deep love for songwriting. My music is a blend of both influences, drawing from the discipline of my operatic training while also incorporating the free-spirited sensibilities of indie pop.
My artist name is a tribute to my great-grandmother, Nina Hodge, who was a singer with one of Chicago’s first touring theater companies.
My first EP, "Read My Mind," debuted on July 22, 2025. The lead single, “Lake Shore Drive,” is a bittersweet love letter to Chicago, the city that’s served as the backdrop to my most defining moments as both an artist and a person.
