Hogne Kleiberg is a Norwegian jazz pianist from Trondheim who’s studied at the jazz conservatory at NTNU and Conservatorium van Amsterdam. He has toured in Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, England, Poland, Czech Republic and Serbia as a band leader and musician, and performed at festivals such as Moldejazz, Oslo Jazzfestival, Kongsberg Jazzfestival, Jazzfest Trondheim, DølaJazz, Vossajazz and Umeå Jazzfestival.
With his trio including Steinar Heide Bø on drums and Julian Haugland on bass, he’s releasing their debut album «Oransje» consisting of 6 compositions by Kleiberg. The compositions are inspired by his synesthetic color associations to melodies, harmonies, rhythms and extracts from his many years of dream journaling.
