Holotypes

Holotypes is an eclectic post hardcore/art rock band from Philadelphia that takes inspiration from the many revolutionary musical movements of the 20th century to the present.

Ed, Cassidy, Nick, and Dave have been musically intertwined for nearly two decades. Cutting their teeth in the New Brunswick NJ DIY scene, touring nationally together, making records, running DIY venues etc. Holotypes formed when Faisal was welcomed into the fold after some post pandemic songs started taking shape that the band felt needed a strong and melodic singer to enhance the dynamic.
