Horizont is a progressive rock band from Belgrade, Serbia, built on friendship, shared history, and a deep love for music. The band officially formed in 2024, but its roots go back much further—the members have been close friends for over 16 years, playing together in different projects since 2008. Horizont is our biggest creative step yet, a place where years of influences and life experiences finally come together in something real.
Our sound is a mix of everything that moves us—the complexity of progressive rock, the hooks of power pop, the intensity of metalcore, and the raw energy of pop punk and rock. But more than anything, it’s our sound: loud, emotional, and unapologetically honest. We sing in Serbian, our native language, because that’s how the words hit hardest—whether we’re writing about love, the weight of daily life, the joys and fears of parenthood, or the battles inside our own minds.
For us, music has always been about passion. Horizont is a labor of love, a way to turn years of friendship and countless late-night talks into something we can share. It’s not just a band or a project. It’s the sound of people who’ve grown up together, pushing each other to make something meaningful.
