Hoskins Phenomenon is a multiversal intelligence organisation set up to protect us all against the greatest threat ever posed to intelligent lifeforms... A nefarious character called HOSKINS; a shapeshifting phenomenon who moves from host to host, forming allegiances with every imaginable baddie to take over worlds across multiple alternate universes. Following a brief skirmish with the Splashman in February, Hoskins Phenomenon have issued an International Emergency Alert after discovering that HOSKINS is planning to take over Europe in his best Bavarian lederhosen, hypnotising whole nations into following his lead, before coming for us and the world... There will be a reckoning on D-Day, 6th June 2025!
