House Affairs

Davide Pennacchio, aka “HOUSE AFFAIRS”, is an Italian DJ/producer specialized in dance music production with
a strong preference for house, deep house and garage tracks. He is born in Potenza, the Lucanian capital, in
1977 and is a criminal lawyer and he works permanently in Basilicata, where he has built his business
center in southern Italy. In Potenza he created a small recording
studio where he produces his songs, being author both of the texts
proposed in his tracks and of the musical arrangements.
The musical project of "HOUSE AFFAIRS" was born in a very particular
historical moment. Those were the months of the lockdown: the difficult
spring of 2020, so to speak, when Davide Pennacchio found this project that would lead him to the composition of the first release “It's
Not About Me” and the next release “So Cool”, with the german record label Swutch Music - Run Deep Records.
It is an eccentric and very launched song, a vocal Deep-Soul House track.
House Affairs are already preparing new tracks that will be released in
the next autumn season and can be listened to and purchased on all digital
