House of Misfits

We’re just a group of ordinary Kiwis using our God-given gifts to write songs and tell our stories - stories with a message that we believe to stand in direct opposition to our world’s current narrative, but embraces that there is abounding hope for this generation and the next to come.

We’re a creative community of songwriters, musicians and singers who represent diverse cultures, speak different languages and carry our own experiences, but as a collective, our message is simply this: the world craves Truth. The kind of Truth that longs to see genuine, everyday people reaching for their dreams and daring to believe they can make the world a better place. There are already people out there doing it. Crazy, creative initiatives that are storming seasons of desperation and drought, and we just wanna bring our response to the frontline too.

At the end of the day, we’re just a bunch of mates making music and having a good laugh along the way. What does the future look like for the Misfits? Well, we’ll start with music, we’ll start in our own backyard, armed with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish, and we’ll see what God does with the rest.
