Born in 1984 in Hamedan, he began teaching himself the flute at the age of 7. With the encouragement of his father, he chose Ney as his instrument. For some years he learned the Ney from Reza Jamshidian and also benefited from the teachings of Abdonaghi Afsharnia. He began his professional performances with the kindly support of the maestro Mohammadreza Lofti as a member of the Sheyda ensemble. This collaboration continued for three years and resulted in recording several albums and performing in various concerts. Collaborating with maestro Daryoush Tala’i is another highlight of his experiences. “Fifer” is the first collection of his solo work which is published as part of the “Intimate Sentiments” by the Kherad Art House Music Publication.
