Icelandic singer/songwriter and multi instrumentalist Hugrún released her debut album ‘When I Close My Eyes’ mid quarantine in 2020 after releasing a few singles with her producer/co-writer Erik Sjöstedt. She had recently released an album with her former band Communist Sex. With a diverse background in classical music, jazz, choir music and brass bands Hugrún has started making her own take on pop music.
Hugrún released a mini EP called ‘Post-Apocalyptic Love Songs’ in June of 2022. An ode to her love life.
Hugrún looks forward to future projects and is focusing on performing live now.
