Hunting the Hidden originally started back in 2008, under the name ‘Kurai’ . The band had a few member changes during the first two years, but quickly stabilized as a four piece metal act.
Their music is heavy, melodic, yet aggressive and influenced by both thrash and groove. Demoes poured out each year from 2009-2014, but due to being threatened by a lawsuit they had to change their name.
Reformed as Hunting the Hidden the band digitally released their first EP ‘In Vain’ in 2015 and their debut album ‘Fragments’ were released the following year, 2016. All releases have been recorded by the band themselves, and released under their own label.
