HutchTheGift was born in Los Angeles in 1996 and relocated to Broward County, Flrorida at the age of fourteen. Raised by his Mom and Grandfather, he grew up a South LA resident, attending St. Bernards and Crenshaw Highschool before his move. He spent summers with his uncle in New York or Trinidad, and the rest of the year being told by teachers he talks too much. He began rapping and making his own music at age 12 after his father had him rap for LA rap group the Slauson Boyz. By 15 he had released his first mixtape. As he grew older, he threw himself passionately into a life of music. Growing his fan base through an active social media presence, HutchTheGift is working towards the day he gets to tour with larger acts. After issuing several self-released songs/mixtapes the rapper signed with the independent label, LFTFLD in 2019. With what he has displayed so far, one can only guess that the Bi-Costal artist has a lot more to show.
