A singer, poet, and actor, Huub Van der Lubbe is a Dutch performer best known as a member of the long-running band De Dijk. On top of his main gig with De Dijk, Van der Lubbe has also authored several books of poetry, appeared in over a dozen films, and released two solo albums, 2004's Concordia and 2013's Simpel Verlangen.
Huub van der Lubbe’s tenure with De Dijk ended in december 2022 after four very successful decades. Currently, Huub is working on a new musical endeavor. He is taking on the lead role in the musical De man van La Mancha. Huub van der Lubbe's portrayal as Don Quichot is a journey about courage, justice, and love.
