Sharp-edged, wild and unpredictable garage rock one-man band Hybrid Kid is the longstanding project of singer/multi-instrumentalist Danny Lloyd. He’s been pushing the envelope for a few years now, producing 2 albums and a good few EPs. With kooky riffs, hooky choruses and mind-expanding shows, Hybrid Kid has been wowing the south coast and now he’s coming for you.
Hybrid Kid has been playing for a number of years in various guises and places, including the US, where based for a prolonged stint. Now back on home soil, appearances on Brighton’s Latest TV, The Roadee, airplay on BBC 6Music, BBC Sussex, Radio Reverb and many college radio stations worldwide have slowly built an underground cult following.
