Hype and Fever, Leicester-raised, London-based DJ, MC performance and production duo, consist of the Kala-Lee brothers: Naveen (DJ, Hype Hyphen) and Bhumeet (Vocals/production, Cold Fever). The duo provides a new style and presence to Dancehall/Reggae scene; with their Jamaican and Indian heritage the pair have cleverly mastered the ability to merge the two cultures and create a new fresh sound that pays respect to their ethnology without being limited to it. The unique and experimental vibe allows the brothers to escape from the social norms and specialise in their own sound; often weaving together strands of Grime, Hip-hop, Dancehall, Bassline, Bhangra, & EDM. Their music will be found among the youth of New Delhi, through to the urban clubs of London before finding its way on the streets of Kingston, Jamaica.
