Love Newsome (born November 3, 1987), known professionally as IAMxLOVE, is a singer and rapper born and raised in San Diego, California. He is known for his unconventional and experimentative sound, which is a fusion of Hip Hop, Trap and R&B with an upbeat soul sound. Often, his songs have a serious tone but uplifting at the same time. Self-taught, self-motivated and self-produced, you would have to search far and wide to find a more serious, dedicated and hard-working artist on the rise. At age 13 Love solemnly committed himself to become a Rap artist. By age 17, he focused more on his vocal skills in order to dub his own background harmonies. Music has always been his first passion. IAMxLOVE has worked with various artists and producers across the country and internationally. With his ability to switch up from R&B to Hip-hop effortlessly, it shows how talented he truly is.
