I.C.T. is a group born from the meeting between Christine Joan Johnson, Beatrice Magnanensi & Davide Bucci.
Their name did not have anything to do with the acronym “information communications technology” for computer business - it was an abbreviation for "Inspiration Color Trash", hence their colourful single sleeves.
Highlighted by Dario Raimondi Cominesi & Alvaro Ugolini for Cool d:vision Records (Energy Production), the project was established in 1996 with the song 'Lasciati Tentare’, an eclectic mix of languages - Italian, English and French. Released in Amsterdam, the single immediately gets great success, reaching high positions in the singles charts across Europe.
