If It Bleeds hail from Auckland, New Zealand and came together in late 2022 to bring their mashup of Thrash, Nu-Metal and Hardcore to the Auckland scene. Describing our sound as Nu-Thrash we love nothing more than to bring intense energy to our live shows and leave nothing in the tank.
