Iggy The Real

Iggy The Real is a classic alternative Rock act based in the US created by singer, guitarist and music producer @Ignacio (Iggy) Cardozo. Its debut album will be re-released in late 2025 under the artist's label Casagrande Music. The album was first released in 2020 but due to the pandemic all plans for the album were postponed. The album was taken down from platforms and is being re-mixed with a more modern vision. Iggy's first band Chimparade reached some popularity in his hometown in Colombia in the early 2000s, they performed a new mix of alternative funk rock that made it into national television and music festivals around the country. Iggy was also the winner of the biggest electric guitar contest ever made in Bogotá, Colombia which was sponsored by Fender in 2003. With a more aggressive approach now, Iggy The Real presents us with an elegant new type of rock act that mixes Classic and Alternative styles. The first single "Mama Don't Tell Me" is available on all streaming platforms and the full album will be released in late 2025.
This album is expected to be "the best classic, alternative Rock album of the decade".
