Iguocho is a singer-songwriter born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. Raw and unfiltered, her sound pays homage to the R&B she grew up listening to, as well as her West African roots in Bamenda, Cameroon. Her debut single "FIYA" (produced by Mtech) tells the story of a woman who can't seem to shake the fact that she's fallen in love. An ode to Prince Nico Mbarga (best known for his classic highlife record "Sweet Mother"), the record fuses Highlife, Afrobeats, and R&B to create a fresh melange of sounds.
