David Solomon, (Known professionally as Ihyfrosty) born July 2, 2007 is an emerging African-American recording artist. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Ihyfrosty now makes his home in Raleigh, North Carolina. Raised in a musical household with his father being a local rapper —Ihyfrosty found music early on to be both a legacy and a personal outlet.

In 2021, at just 13, Ihyfrosty began making music using BandLab, an iPhone and wired headphones, like most people in that time. Marking the start of his creative journey. From these humble digital studio beginnings, he steadily evolved, channeling youthful energy and introspection into his sound.
