Ill Will

Ill Will is a Stamford,CT native and also a well known rapper from his birthplace. As a child he’s always had a pen for music and the ear for the production part of it. Growing up on the city’s West Side in a little housing complex called Fairfield Court was where it all started for the young troubled youth. As an early teen he released numerous songs on a 5 series collaborative project mixtape called Paper Chaser wit former label mates under ShelbyWu Records. In 2002 he released his first solo mixtape titled The Truth which initially introduced his solo talent to his city and state. Year or two later he collaborated with rapper RedSox on a project called All Eyez On Us which really kicked off the towns sound. He started a click in his hood which later turned into the rap group EFBF(Eat Food Or Be Food) where thereafter he released another solo project FTP(fuck the police) series 1-2 shortly after which solidified his spot early on and ended that years later with Vol4. After the streets consumed the young artist he found himself steering away from the rap life dealing with the reality of life and what comes with it. After a small jail bid he came home to release his “When I Was Broke Vol.1-3 and numerous songs. Ill Will is a striving independent artist that has the content,substance,an ability to turn real life situations into relatable music for his audience.
