Soweto born rising star Nhlanhla Mayimela better known to his supporters as imnotsteelo is an Amapiano artist with plans to rock the music scene!
His passion for music stemmed from parts of their daily lives, similarly to imnotsteelo his musical journey started in church. He grew up in a family whose roots were deeply rooted in the word and dedicated most of his live to church. Imnotsteelo decided his time the best way he knew how & that was through music. Playing the drums for the church band, leading to play for prominent gospel artists such as the late Lundi, Benjamin Dube & many others.

Sayfar & Quixotic introduced him to Hip-Hop and other genres such as Amapiano. Through his efforts he managed to produce projects for industry greats such as Musa Keys, Soweto’s Finest, Nobantu Vilakazi, Sizwe Alakine, Kamo Mphela and a very long list of others.
Imnotsteelo describes his music style as being versatile. He prides himself in being a producer who is fluid and can cater for any genre or audience. He feels that this approach to the industry will help make him irreplaceable & it will allow for him to collaborate with different artists who offer different styles musically & that what he enjoys most.
However one thing that will remain throughout his work is that his delivery will be smooth, & melodically appealing to his supporters.
