To say that I.M.O’s music makes you feel good is an understatement. And that’s not only because the young five piece band from Birmingham (consisting of vocalist Corey K, bassist CJ Thompson, guitarist Jayvian Wickham, drummer Ashleigh Hepburn, and brass multi-instrumentalist Matthew Parnell) makes that their tagline… or to be more precise “music designed to make you feel good”. But how the group executes it. It’s hard to resist the infectious melodies and memorable hooks sitting on top of the dance invoking grooves provided by the group.
