Imran began his journey with electronic music in the 80s with a love of early hip-hop, scratching and the breakdancing scene. Roxanne Shante, Doug E Fresh, Mantronix and The Beastie Boys were big influences.
The arrival of the late 90s saw him develop an addiction to vinyl and DJing, diving headlong into the music scene, absorbed by the hypnotic sounds of Sasha & Digweed, Danny Tenaglia and Paul Oakenfold amongst others. The turn of the millennium saw an interest develop in the production side of electronic music. Over the years he has slowly honed his craft, being drawn to the dark and deeper side of the genre.
A wide spectrum of musical influences, from Film Scores to Metal, have helped develop his own musical identity.
And now...with releases and remixes on top labels such as Proton, Particles and Clinique to name but a few, he has earned a new level of exposure that through pure passion and dedication he has worked long and hard to achieve.
