Imre Kiss has been spearheading the renaissance of electronic music in Hungary since his acclaimed debut album Midnight Wave back in 2013.

The last few years have been particularly fruitful: opening the country’s first Boiler Room; launching his brand-new imprint Crisis; holding a residency at Budapest’s infamous LÄRM; releasing a string of remixes and releases for various imprints; and taking his unique sound to world-renowned clubs such as Berlin’s Panorama Bar, Corsica Studios in London as well as to Dommune in Tokyo and The Lot Radio in New York City.

DJing for 15 years his sets are characterised by constant emotional tension and synth lines triggering all senses, be it old-school acid, wave or underground techno. Having gained support from some of the biggest DJs (Intergalactic Gary, BICEP, Martyn) and institutions (BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix, FACT Mag) in the world to date, Imre’s ascension promises to accelerate in 2020 with new EPs for Dalmata Daniel and his own CRISIS.
