I’m Yung Wes a up and coming artist living in fort myres Florida I’m from Columbus Ohio and I’m 21 years old here’s the story of my music journey
Since a kid I’ve always had a passion and natural talent for music you can ask anyone that grew up around me or with me I drove my parents absolutely insane with my pencil tapping beatboxing and rapping 24/7 but it was undeniable I was made for music I spent lots of years free styling at parties on the bus and around my friends in denial I was a talented artist then I dropped done deal In 2023 after actually recording music as a hobby for about a year and that song is what opened my eyes and pushed me to grow in music by no means was the quality passion flow or lyrics even close to what you hear today but I saw something I never saw before people playing my music people rapping my bars and I knew I had to keep going I knew it was a part of me about 8 months later I had my first show and that is what made me realize I don’t have any other option but to make it with this music stuff I can tell that’s who I’m made to be this is what I love to this day I record on a 15 year old mic a Chromebook and bandlab I still have a long way to go but I’ve already come even farther if ur reading this I love you and from the bottom of my heart thank you for supporting my dream
