Izzy Loya and Dimitri Smith are an LA-based duo crafting dreamy hip-hop infused R&B. They began releasing music under the name "In Velvet" in 2018, and quickly caught the attention of many local DJ's – particularly on the trendsetting LA radio station, KCRW. Their music has also been heard on national television (People's Choice Awards & NCIS: LA), and on LA's most-watched local TV station, KTLA 5.
