INDIANAH

INDIANAH is founded in 2018, consisting of Shariffa Kanbier [vocals/songwriting]

INDIANAH makes electronic tropical pop music with acoustic elements.

Inspired by contemporary electronic music, but also pop and soul, INDIANAH started to write her own material and went into the studio with producer Jack van de Ven.

In the meanwhile she was the support act for the UK world hit singer Anne-Marie’s and toured along various festivals and clubs.

INDIANAH’s first singles ‘You’ and ‘Alive’ came out on the 7th of June 2019 and February the 21th 2020.
The singles were well received and added to approximately 90 Spotify playlists and got played in several large retail chains and on the largest internet radio in The Netherlands, Pinguin FM.

On the 29th of January 2021 the new Dutch single ‘Kom Je Naast Me Liggen’ came out.
In the same period INDIANAH entered into an exclusive partnership with SMINT.
The new track ‘Kom Je Naast Me Liggen’ was placed under the SMINT commercial and got added to the app SMINT! BEAM ME UP!
In addition to Ronnie Flex, Ali B and Poke, INDIANAH can also be seen in the app released by SMINT.

INDIANAH will be playing during the traveling music festival Popronde, which will take place from February to April 2021 in approximately 40 Dutch cities.

Currently she is working on her debut album.
