Indica originally began on Tamborine Mountain, Queensland, by Jayesh Talati. After a few lineup changes, Indica is now based in Brisbane with Jayesh on bass and vocals, Jesse on guitar and vocals, and Michael on drums. Playing music of the heart with influences from doom, sludge, and post metal, Indica's sound is forever evolving.
Indica has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with bands such as Acid King, Windhand, Cough, Torche, Pallbearer, Brant Bjork and Isaiah Mitchell.
