Born 1963, piano playing since 1968, album debut as half of Norwegian duo Dollie in 1980, represented Norway in ESC 1984. Spent 7 years as a part of the team writing and staging the musical Which Witch in London’s West End, played for 10 weeks, paid for it for 10 years. Solo artist since 2000, with 4 solo albums the latest with Norwegian Radio Orchestra released on Ingrid’s 60tj birthday December 5, 2023. 5 award-winning musical stand-up shows and numerous tours. Collaborates with fellow songwriter Øystein Sunde. 2024: a brand new musical, Spynorsk, with author Are Kalvø, opened at Det norske teatret in April, will continue next season. Ingrid plays a one night only concert with Øystein Sunde at Oslo Konserthus October 6th, then continues on a solo tour. Represented by Backstage Management and Grappa Records.
