iNNUENDO

Dublin art-rock band iNNUENDO are striving to introduce their world of sonic colour to the scene. Founded in 2022, they have been eager to make their mark on the Irish music scene since the start by blending contrasting influences and creating the kind of music they’d always wanted to hear.

Described by The Goo as “tapping into something pretty special,” their music has a modern edge and contagious energy, evident in their charismatic and eclectic live sets. They draw inspiration from the alt and art-rock of the late 20th century such as Radiohead, Kate Bush and David Bowie and blending it with the softer sides of indie and pop-rock such as The Strokes and Crowded House.

iNNUENDO is gearing up to release their debut EP, "On Occasion," via Blowtorch Records this September, after a summer-long rollout of contrasting singles. This EP explores the ups and downs of dealing with taxing, undefined relationships and the journey to finding acceptance with rich sonic soundscapes and heartfelt hooks. With relatable themes of defiance, misunderstanding, and rejection, "On Occasion" speaks to the challenges faced by today's youth.
