Hi, I'm InsomniaKiD, an artist who grew up in Block 5, Gaborone, Botswana. I grew up listening to Earl Klugh, Lauryn Hill and J Cole. I started writing rhymes after much influence from my best friend Al3x but only started recording after relocating to Zambia. Through my music I try to be as poetic as possible and spread messages of peace ☮️ and love ❤️ for our fellow human beings and nature.
My music is also heavily influenced by jazz, R&B and boom bap
