IODGUARA is a black extreme metal, characterized by groove and an abundance of melody. The vocals feature screaming with growling in the background.
The band was founded in 2001 and for many years was known as Homoferus (as a separate band on major music platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, etc.). In 2003, they released their first album, Plexus (ex. Homoferus). In 2012, their second album, Herocly (ex. Homoferus), was released. In 2016, the band changed its name to IODGUARA and released the album Second Skin.
