Irikanto is a young, sunny singer-songwriter from Geneva who loves sharing emotional moments with her audience.
With her smooth voice, accompanied by her guitar and her band, she blends freshness and softness in her personal compositions in English. Her touching world oscillates between pop, soul, and groove.
Irikanto grew up surrounded by music. She began playing classical guitar at the age of 7 at the Conservatoire Populaire de Genève, where she graduated at the age of 20. Building on her classical training, she turned to pop music and began writing her own songs in 2018. In 2021, she began performing her compositions with a group of friends and entered the Geneva music scene in 2023.
Passionate about music, she enrolled at the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne, where she is currently pursuing her studies. In 2025, she was selected to join La Gustav, a Swiss academy dedicated to supporting emerging artists. It was in this context that she released her first single, “Would It Be Different?”, in October 2025. This track, recorded live in the studio, is about the mixed feelings associated with the end of a friendship.
