Irina Röjås is a singer-songwriter and musician from Stockholm who currently lives in Dalarna, Sweden. The songs that flow through Irina have their center point in the human experience, her relationship with the Earth and the essence of life itself. The music is also an intimate reflection of Irina's personal journey of growth, a reflection of her personal challenges and the insights that come with them and also when life has shown its beauty before her eyes. With the guitar and vocals as a foundation, the characteristics of the music is pure and delivered directly from Irina's heart. Irina's musical journey started at 9 years old when she was invited to play the drums at school and loved it, and received as a gift a little drum from her parents. As a teenager she felt the urge to express her inner emotions not only through playing drums, but also through writing songs and has continued ever since then to write and produce her own craft. As a musician Irina has been part of various bands, supporting other artists on stage and doing gigs.
