Isabel Apollo is a 20 year old Montana raised singer and upcoming producer. She is a multifaceted artist, whose interests include fashion, art, and specializing in music. Studying music technology at MSU has broadened her horizons of producing on her own. She grew up infatuated with the works of female jazz musicians, such as Nina Simone and Amy Winehouse, which created her love for becoming a jazz singer herself. Isabel’s first release names ‘Through the Night,’ was written by her, and produced by her own cousin, Elijah Sisk in one night. This introduction to music technology and releasing songs under her own name opened doors of opportunity. Similarly, on her second release ‘Cut it Off/Wait,’ was made in that very shed in the backyard in the city she was born, Dallas TX. However, when she started her studies at Montana State University, her desire to produce her own music, and more importantly, her own sound, became ever-so pressing. ‘Weak Willed or Weak Witted’ was the product of her very first composition completed on her own. Both an assignment for song-writing class, and the first track of an album named ‘Luv 4 2,’ this song allowed Isabel to be recognized not only for her voice, but for her production. Continuing in production for jazz, hip-hop, r&b, and neo-soul, Isabel Apollo is making her way in the music world.
