Born and raised in Montreal from Chadian parents, Iss’ma was raised in a house full of music where the classics from Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson and Celine Dion would play along the hits of Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga. When life got tougher, music was the best friend
that carried her through and her talent for singing was the one thing she knew no one could take away. In school, she enrolled in several talent shows and her passion for the stage grew with every performance.
