Italo disco artist born in Leiden and based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. When I was 4 years old, I got my first walkman with cassette tape ‘Prima Giro Superstars’. Many cassettes bought at German and Italian gas stations followed, with many gems of italo disco classics. The music of the eighties raised me, and has since then, always felt like home.
Music to me is like oxygen; you need it to function normally. And if music is oxygen, italo disco is four oxygen bottles simultaneously filling you up while dancing with nice people on an intimate dance floor.
