Az Itinera egy magyar népzenei inspirációt elektronikus alapokkal és pagan dark folkkal vegyítő duó, amelyet Horváth Anett
(ének) és Nagy Ádám (zenei alapok) 2022-ben. A népdalok adta inspiráció saját magyar,
helyenként latin nyelvű szövegekkel egészül ki. Az ének megszólalásában looper station segít,
a többszólamú mantrák a zenei loopokkal együtt repetitív, pulzáló hangzásukkal rituális,
sámánisztkus transz-szerű hangulatot adnak.
Itinera was founded by Anett Horváth and Ádám Nagy in the beginning of 2022. It can be
described a world/ambient/electronic DIY project mixed with pagan dark folk, performed by a duo using a looper
station (for vocals) and a Launchpad keyboard (for instruments). Our songs draw inspiration
from Hungarian folk songs (with original lyrics as well), sometimes mixed with a hint of
Latin. The music deliberately leans into the repetitive nature coming from the tools used, to
achieve a trance-like meditative atmosphere evoking shamanistic/ritual/religious mantras.
